Glen Rock VFW Holding Flag Retirement Ceremony

GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- In conjunction with the week of Flag Day, VFW Post 850 will be holding an American flag retirement ceremony on Saturday, June 18, at 10 a.m in the parking lot of the Main Line train station.

The event, in which damaged or worn out flags are incinerated, is open to the public.

Members of the community who have flags that are no longer servicible can deposit them in the receptacle at the front door of the Main Line station prior to the day of the ceremony.
