Ridgewood Forum Focuses On Healing Divided Country

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- Come join two political commentators as they bring a constructive discussion on the political path ahead, on Thursday, Feb. 2.

The evening will feature respected conservative and progressive political analysts Guy Benson and Julie Roginsky. "Their discussion will include insight as to how Guy and Julie work to remain civil while navigating emotionally charged exchanges," organizers note.

Benson is a 2004 Ridgewood High alumnus and a graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. He's the political editor of Townhall.com, a Fox News contributor and co-author of the book "End of Discussion." Forbes magazine named Benson to its "30 under 30" law and policy roster.

Roginsky is a Democratic Party strategist and Fox News contributor. Roginsky founded Comprehensive Communications Group, which has worked on behalf of Fortune 500 corporations, elected officials and nonprofit organizations, and Sen. Cory Booker and Sen. Frank Lautenberg have been among the firm's clients.

Roginsky also hails from New Jersey, having attended high school in Princeton. She graduated from Boston University with a BA in political science and an MA in Russian economics.

The cost is $25, or $15 for students, and includes coffee, tea and desserts. Buy tickets online, here.

Proceeds will benefit Family Promise, Helping Hands for the Homeless and the Borough of Montvale.
