GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- The last day to purchase Glen Rock pool memberships at a discounted rate is Monday, May 16.
All residents who want to use the pool will need a badge -- and you can't get them at the pool. For the full list of pool membership fees, click here.
You can renew your membership through the mail, if you have a picture ID badge. New residents, or those who need new badges or pictures, will need to visit the Borough Hall.
To renew by mail, send a check payable to Borough of Glen Rock with the appropriate fee. Badges are renewed electronically, and proof of residency is verified through property-tax records. If you're not the resident on record, you'll also need to provide proof of residency, including a valid New Jersey driver's license with a Glen Rock address and a recent land-line telephone bill or utility bill.
If you're a new resident or ones who needs a new badges, a visit to Borough Hall is in order. New residents will need to provide proof of residency.
You can obtain memberships at Borough Hall on weekdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and until 7 p.m. on Tuesdays, until May 31. Also, the office will be open from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 14.
This year, changes include reducing of daily guest fees, that a member of any age can bring a guest -- like a child bringing a grandparent -- and the addition of a "Combo Guest Coupon Book," for multiple types of guests.
Early morning lap swimming badges are also available, for an additional cost.
