"I needed something special," said Montiel, who opened Jauny's Cafe on River Road last June.
Avocado, goat cheese and spinach, double-decker sandwich it would be at Juany's Cafe.
It's really all he had in his fridge. But, Montiel said, "I tried it, and it was so good."
Yani's Bakehouse owner Yanneris Gennao took a break from baking to sample the sandwich.
She agreed. It was so good, Gennao said.
