FAIR LAWN, N.J. — A group of people who were injured in a party bus crash last year are suing the estate of the late Fair Lawn driver who struck them from behind in his Hummer, NJ.com reports.
Brian Rolando, 27 who lived in West Milford for many years, died on May 17, 2016, after rear-ending the party bus in Paterson at 3 a.m., the article says.
Rolando's father, Maurcie Rolando, died on April 7, at 54 years old.
As a result of Rolando's alleged carelessness, the group of eight are claiming in Hackensack's Bergen County court papers that they suffered "serious and permanent injuries," NJ.com says.
