Born in Manhattan, she was a longtime resident of Glen Rock.
Before retiring, she was an assistance branch manager at Citizen’s Bank in Ramsey. She was a devoted member of the Community Church of Glen Rock; one of the original founders and president of the Friends of the Glen Rock Arboretum for many years; a Master Gardener; and a Certified Emergency Response Team member.
She is survived by her sons, John K. Thielke and his wife Kiki and James H. Thielke and his wife Janice; daughter, Karen Ricciardi and her husband Robert; eight grandchildren, Christine Bingham and her husband Critter, John K. Thielke II and his wife Ann, Margaret Crowley and her husband James, Allison Kopcha and her husband Joseph, Sarah Thielke, Anthony Ricciardi and his wife Brielle, Leigh Russo and her husband Bryan and Heather Ricciardi; and great-grandchildren, John, Kevin, Dacks, Cali, Liliana and Daniel.
A memorial service with reception following for family and friends will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at the Community Church of Glen Rock, 354 Rock Road, Glen Rock.
