FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- Eva “Red” Sidney, of Fair Lawn, died Tuesday, Sept. 8. She was 97.
Sidney was born and raised in Paterson. She resided in Fair Lawn for 55 years.
She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, trips to Atlantic City and a good cup of tea.
Sidney was predeceased by her husband the late Joseph Sidney.
She is survived by Peter Sidney and wife Gail, John Sidney, Dorothy Cuthbertson and predeceased by the late Joseph Sidney and Ruth Ann Scott. She was sister of Catherine Jindracek, Elizabeth “Betty” Sarno and the late Nellie Haycock, Anna Heim, Helen, Dorothy, Neil, Tom, Lenny, Pete, Roy and John Tanis. She also is survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
