GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- Mary (Amato) Ricciardi -- a Glen Rock resident, formerly a longtime resident of Elmwood Park -- died on Monday, March 14. She was 94.
Born and raised in Paterson, Ricciardi lived in Elmwood Park for 40 years before settling in Glen Rock for the past five. She was a sales clerk for Bonds Department Store in Paramus for 26 years; she retired in 1984.
She is survived by her children, Robert and his wife Karen, and Carol Panicucci and her husband Richard; grandchildren Richard Panicucci, Lisa Johnson, Anthony Ricciardi, Leigh Russo and Heather Ricciardi; and great-grandchildren John, Sarah, Ryan, Aaron, Cali and Liliana.
Ricciardi was predeceased by her husband, Robert.
Visiting hours will be from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, at Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home, 274 Market St., in Elmwood Park. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home, with Rev. Al Jousette officiating. Interment will be at George Washington Memorial Park, in Paramus.
