Alerted by a resident, Officer Brian Rypkema stopped Steven Sabatino as he left the Wagaraw Road complex around 12:30 p.m., Sgt. Brian Metzler said.

Besides what Sabatino was carrying, officers found a PlayStation 4 game console and nine PS4 games on the front steps of a Pomona Avenue residence across the street, Metzler said.

They also found a door forced open in the complex, the sergeant said.

Sabatino was ordered held on $35,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with burglary, theft, possession of burglary tools and criminal mischief.
