The Scholastic Bus Company (Fair Lawn) driver -- a 57-year-old Paterson woman -- complained of back pain but refused medical treatment after the crash on the highway's eastbound side at Saddle River Road just after 10 a.m., Sgt. Brian Metzler said.

A 34-year-old passenger, also from Paterson, wasn't injured, he said.

The driver said her 2008 short bus struck a snow bank, spinning it into a 2012 Toyota and then the concrete divider.

The Toyota driver --a  24-year-old Paterson man -- wasn't injured.

No charges were filed nor summonses issued.
