Noted Fair Lawn Sports Journalist Discusses New Book At Ridgewood Library

FAIR LAWN, N.J.– Fair Lawn sports journalist Dan Schlossberg will discuss his latest book "When The Braves Ruled The Diamond: Fourteen Flags Over Atlanta" at the Ridgewood Library at 7 p.m. Sept. 13.

The Atlanta Braves did something from 1991-2005 that no professional team has matched – finishing first in its division for 14 consecutive years.

During his nearly five-decade journalism career, the award-winning Schlossberg – a Passaic native – wrote for the Associated Press. 

He's also contributed to USA Today, Sports Weekly, Latino Sports, BaseballMagazine, Top Sports Report, Baseball Digest, The Sporting News, MLB.com, and BaseballGuru.com. 

The book was released March 22.
