GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- Some Glen Rock residents voiced concern and criticism last Wednesday night over a recent report by a former judge that rated the police department as "good to excellent," according to NorthJersey.com.
Superior Court Judge Alexander H. Carver III was commissioned in May to conduct the report in the wake of several high profile suspensions, NorthJersey.com reported.
Residents pointed to the lack of answers regarding the suspensions of Sgt. Christopher McInerney and Bryan Scott for deleting photos from a 2005 retirement party. Local officials, including Mayor John van Keuren, thought more favorably of the report, describing it as thorough, NorthJersey.com said.
