GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- Work on Harristown Road in Glen Rock is expected to be completed Friday.
Public Service Enterprise Group has scheduled a number of construction projects this week.
The work includes underground manhole and pipe installation near the Alexander Hamilton School and wire work on Ackerman Avenue (from Harristown Road to Prospect Street) and Prospect Street (from Ackerman Avenue to Saddle River Road), according to a schedule from PSE&G.
All of the work is scheduled to take place through Friday from 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
While work near the Alexander Hamilton School is not expected to cause traffic delays, some road closures are possible on Ackerman Avenue and Prospect Street, according to the utility company.
Glen Rock police will assist with traffic when necessary, but residents are asked to avoid the construction areas if possible.
Anyone with questions or concerns should call 800-901-5035 or visit the utility's website.
