FAIR LAWN, N.J. – Elsie P. (nee DiGangi) Dykes, of Fair Lawn, died Thursday, Nov. 19. She was 94.
Dykes was born and raised in West Rutland, Vt., moving to Fair Lawn in 1947, earning a registered nursing degree from the Hackensack Hospital School of Nursing.
She was predeceased by her husband James.
She is survived by daughter Leslie Ann Moore and husband Bruce, daughter Patricia S. Elliott and husband Gilbert, son James II and his wife Mary, seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
The Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home in Fair Lawn handled the arrangements.
Interment was at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
