Officers who responded to Prospect Street near Locust Road just before 6 a.m. Friday found 47-year-old Kelley J. Hoskins of Rockaway Township asleep in the driver's seat of a 2015 Jetta, smelling of alcohol, Police Chief Dean Ackermann said.

She also had two crack pipes and empty baggies with crack residue, he said.

Hoskins, who wasn't injured, was released to a responsible adult after being processed at headquarters on DWI and drug paraphernalia possession charges, the chief said.

She was also received summonses for refusing to submit to breath tests and careless driving, he said.
