Drunk Driver With 2-Year-Old In Car Pulls Machete On Teen Motorist In PWC, Cops Say A 43-year-old drunk driver had a toddler in the back seat of his car when he pulled a machete on another driver in what police say was a road rage incident in Woodbridge this week. Douglas Benavides approached the 19-year-old motorist while both vehicles had stopped on Old Delaney Roda just before 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 19 in Woodbridge, Prince William County police said.
